This website (lookoutrazompl.surf) is published and operated by Lookout Razompl Coastal Media Ltd (Company No. 14892034), with its registered office at 19 Marine Parade Studios, St Agnes, Cornwall, TR5 0QP, United Kingdom. For any privacy-related requests, contact [email protected].
2. Static Architecture & Zero Profiling
Lookoutrazompl is built as a static HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript publication. We do not operate user registration accounts, behavioural advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking databases. When you use our interactive ability filters or the client-side inquiry composer on our Contact page, all processing occurs locally inside your web browser.
3. Server Logs & Security
Like all standard web servers, our hosting infrastructure records minimal transient network logs (IP address, request timestamp, requested URL path, and user-agent string) strictly to prevent automated abuse and maintain site availability under legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). These logs are rotated automatically within 14 days.
4. Direct Email Correspondence
If you choose to email us directly at [email protected], we process your email address and the contents of your message solely to respond to your inquiry or verify a coastal guide update. We never sell or rent correspondence lists to third parties.
5. External Forecast Links
Our pages contain clearly labeled outbound reference links to oceanographic and meteorological institutions (such as NOAA NDBC and CDIP Scripps). Following an external link takes you to an independent domain governed by its own privacy notice.
